Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Light, pale straw in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe citrus notes of lime/grapefruit, gooseberries & apple & a hint of tropical fruit notes of passion fruit with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, wet stones/minerals, flinty & a hint of lemongrass. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & crisp textured, ripe citrus fruit flavors of tart grapefruit, lemons/limes & a hint of pineapple with lemongrass & minerals. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with additional aging.
