Saturday, December 14, 2013 - The nose showed dried red berry and soil tones, with an autumnal profile as dry spice and crushed fall leaves wafted up from the glass. On the palate it was, at first lean, yet fleshed out toward the mid-palate with tart red fruit and inner floral tones. The finish was graceful, tapering off to a mix of dried fruits and spice--yet still fresh and youthful.
