Saturday, August 29, 2015 - Aging well, powerful, great backbone, but what is interesting is that the complexity, well, is becoming more complex! The nuances are unfolding like the layers of an onion. The ultra fine tannins provide extended support, the spice components bounce off each other during a finish that never ends.
