Sunday, July 29, 2018 - Dark violet with mild/moderate bricking. Medium(+) aromas of blue/black fruit and black olives/anise component. Meat/smoky background - really nice and complex nose. Medium(+) palate of black fruit/olives/ meat and bacon fat. Medium(+) tannins but well integrated at this point. Medium acidity and high ETOh as others have mentioned. This is drinking nicely now - nice classic example of warmer weather/ New World Syrah.
