Monday, December 20, 2010 - Medium gold, steady and persistent mousse. Profound biscuit, peanut butter, toffee, and toast bouquet. The palate has bold, nutty flavors complimented by some lychee, mango, and sourdough with sprightly acidity and a fine balance of dryness. Long finish and although not completely seamless, darn close. 5+13+16+8 = 92
