Thursday, February 28, 2013 - A delicious wine that has benefited from time in the bottle. A cherry profile with a lovely balance. The acidity is just enough to tickle the tongue. This should be equally great with meat and/or fish depending on the preparation. For me, this would be a crab stuffed white fish pairing as well as any kind of white meat, or red beef. Lovely. Wish I had more. Only have one left.
