Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Opened and poured. Medium body at open, there's some freshness and flowers amidst the fruit. With air, this is pretty light and lively - with some sweet fruit. Strawberry, sassafras, raspberry and cinnamon on the nose, showing a lively backend with an acidic ray through the attack and middle. Enjoyable.
