Friday, February 21, 2014 - Bottled November 2013: Fresh, flor and green apples. An almost cidery aroma (fermented apples), some baking soda, all-bran cereal and lemon zest. Off-dry on the palate, medium bodied and fine length. Quite refreshing, fine with tapas.
