Friday, April 4, 2014 - First time ever tasting Sherry, that I can recall. Floral nose, medium body, with almonds, butterscotch, and toast set against briny olives, salt water, touches of pears and apples. Just a tiny hint of sweetness. Will revisit throughout the weekend.
