Saturday, November 29, 2008 - Bottled November 28th 2007. Lemony, briny, yeastalicious on the delicate nose. Minerals and lemon on the palate. Medium body, bright acidity, could be a little fresher, with a short nuttiness on the otherwise lengthy finish. A good Manzanilla perfect on a hot day with little tapas of sardines and other seafoods or olives! 4/5
