Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Samples from Bill #9/10/11; 11/23/2023-11/25/2023: Blind. Brightly coloured with purple edges. Blackcurrant, touch of manure and a herbal aromatic profile. Plenty of high pitched acidity on the palate and that herbal flavour is quite prominent. I don't especially like it, it's a bit janky at the moment though it may come around with time?
