Wednesday, November 16, 2016 - Dark garnet colour. Black licorice bouquet, almost medicinal, but interesting. Big on body. Not fruity like the Aalto and Greenock Creek we had a few days ago, a little more serious I guess, but nice with a good steak. By good steak, I mean not something I grill myself. Take-out beef tenderloin with an olive and feta topping. Interesting variation from 2003 and 2004 vintages.
