Monday, January 29, 2024 - 2022 Jadot Primeur Barrel Tasting (Marcel's Restaurant, Washington D.C.): Expressive nose displaying red fruit with a hint of blue, strawberry candy, blueberry, rose, espresso bean, sweet spices and earthy. Very good concentration, generous ripe red fruit, rich and round, medium acidity, strong earthy mineral, and a medium to long rich red fruit driven finish. This is richer and more concentrated than the 22 Clos des Couchereaux.
