Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - DIVA Burgundy Tasting; 3/19/2024-3/20/2024 (Beaune): Walkaround tasting with producers. Assembled now, will be bottled next week. Whole cluster spice comes through clearly with lots of rich and fun black berries throughout. Good density from beginning to end, this is already charming, better in another year or three. Lots here with easy balance.
