91 Points

Saturday, May 12, 2018 - The wine was a bit murky but proper color considering the age. Aged red fruit with some old world funk and bret dominating upon opening. Rustic with fair amount of old book leather and tobacco although with some air more sweetness came forth. Overall this was in great condition considering the age, could have easily though it was 10 years or so younger. On the more sauvage end of the Burgundy spectrum but still enjoyable. I would recommend consuming if you have this.
