Monday, April 1, 2013 - Really singing now compared to last tasting. It gathered a lot of maturity for this medium bodied shiraz. After 4 hours of breathing, the nose has the layered dark fruits and musky soil to it and smooth a the way to finish with the taste buds agreeing to every drop of it. Finish could be little bit longer but considering it's not a full body, this is an excellent bottle and the time is right to drink up.
