Friday, May 7, 2021 - From quarter-magnum at Restaurant Frantzén
Creamier than any champagne I've ever tasted... My taste association went towards a childhood dessert with sponge cake fresh from the oven topped with wild blueberries/wild strawberries and soft whipped cream. While it's not red/ble berries in taste per se - the acidity profile sure matches.
It's like a Scandinavian flowery meadow in champagne form - at such young age. Quite intriguing and way beyond my expectations. Need bottles NOW!
