Saturday, March 26, 2011 - Excellent Syrah, particularly given the price point at purchase of ~$25. Dark, purple color made me a bit concerned this would be a concentrated fruit bomb. But wine showed great restraint and complexity. Blackberry, bacon fat, and a bit smoky. Really enjoyed this wine.
