Saturday, January 28, 2012 - Acker auction tasting (Chicago, IL): Cedary, vegetal nose. Slightly stemmy. Sweet on the palate; smooth tannins. Exuberant; I feel that this could use a bit more structure. For me, it just seems too hedonistic and ripe.
