Monday, September 29, 2008 - Elegant bouquet with sweet cassis, some paprika and oak. The taste has a lot of elegance as well. Soft cassis, oak and vanilla. The tannin is ripe and soft. Although it will stay ok for several years this wine is in fact ready for drinking. I don’t think it will gain much in score.
