Wednesday, January 27, 2021 - Soft, sweet - I was guessing spätlese or kabinett, round and friendly; the warm vintage speaks, it lacks a bit of the traditional Egon cut throat acidity, but it is very well balanced and precise.
No reason to cellar this any longer IMHO
