Wednesday, June 11, 2014 - Wine with Modern Chinese Menu (NEXT Restaurant - Chicago IL): Worked very well with a great course of sweet and savory duck. Lots of lush black and blue fruit with sweet spice. Less interesting right now on its own, I think this needs another 5-10 years to shed some baby fat.
