Thursday, June 11, 2020 - A most excellent example of Les Charmes. A fist in a velvet glove. Beautiful colour and a most floral nose. After 3 hours, an earthy, mushroom note developed and supported by a clean structure. Very enjoyable with pasta with fresh truffle. Enjoy now but make sure you decant it 3 hours before drinking.
