Thursday, January 30, 2014 - Slight browning, otherwise medium-red. Very expressive aromatically with secondary components dominating for the most part. A little heat. Big, just-south-of-stewed, fruit on the palate. Secondary notes here too. Fairly "sweet" (in a good way). Nice balance except for the aforementioned heat. Very nice overall. Try again late 2016-ish.
