Saturday, October 19, 2019 - Right after opening it had dark cherry and earth...and not a lot more. Still primary. After airing and warming up a tad, it started opening up a little. Broader fruit profile with some red and dark cherry fruit and a blend of ripe and tart. A pleasant wine that is a bit simple and straightforward.
