Tuesday, March 20, 2012 - Popped and poured. Medium ruby color leads to a nose of cherry, sandalwood, and cinnamon. Medium full body shows beautiful raspberry, blueberry, sandalwood, and cinnamon while finishing with good acidity. This really began to sing after about one hour in the glass. I think this is drinking at plateau but will likely remain at this level another 5 years.
