Friday, October 28, 2022 - Pear, floral with lovely high tone bouquet, expansive and weighty on the palate with a savory finish. Acid a tad prominent despite the age. Opening up after time in the glass showing almonds. The kind of champagne to enjoy slowly over dinner as it opens up.
