Sunday, July 14, 2013 - Very complex Champagne, creamy mouthfeel, strong notes of flint. Both citrus notes and yeasty notes prevalent. Actually a bit difficult to figure this wine out, and it's better - to me - cold versus cellar temperature or warmer
