Sunday, June 23, 2019 - 1st bottle was slightly corked and only became clear with a little air so the replacement was decanted and poured. Definitely needs some air as it’s still pretty tight. Best after about 45 mins or so, some earthy development with dark berries, still some tannins to resolve, slightly rustic and better with food. Enjoyable with air and will keep longer
