Friday, February 19, 2010 - Salininty and orange peel on the palate. There was something here that I just couldn't put my finger on until I realized that it smelled like capers of all things! Pale gold. Some candied fruits. Stone fruits. Sea salt and citrus. Modest length on the finish. On Day 2 - some grassiness.
