Friday, November 14, 2008 - No sediment, decanted 6 hours. Nose: Autumn leaves, fennel, tomato, and blueberry pie Palette: medium body, an echo of the nose with a little added black pepper. Tannins are integrated and granular. Pairing with a roasted rack of lamb, the autumn leaves, black pepper, and fruit, especially the fruit, shining like a new dime. This wine reminded Kimberly of her college days in Chicago, working for C'est Si Bon.
