Saturday, September 9, 2023 - 2017 Chassange Montrachet Rouge Blind: Pronounced nose with notes of yeasty, brioche, sweet biscuit, distinct white chocolate, tropical fruits. Sweet but well balanced by the high acidity. 24g of dosage which is considered as Sec than Demi Sec which require 32g min. As compared, Cristal is only 8g, so those who like Brut nature, or extra brut will not like this.
