Friday, January 29, 2016 - Barolo and Burgundy dinner - 79 Cristal, 89 & 93 DRC Ech, 05 RSV, 10 Rousseau CdB and etc. (The Grill Room at Capella Hotel Georgetown): Some resemblance to Initial but noticeable sweetness. Oxidized apple peel, golden delicious, honey mead wine and dry orange peel. Medium concentration, bright acidity and the finish that resembles sour beer. Very unique champagne.
