Friday, June 19, 2009 - Torrontes is one of the most unknown, underrated (and underpriced!) wines out there. This is a great example - a delicious quaffer, very floral, easy-drinking, and summery. This doesn't have quite the acidic backbone of some of its higher-priced siblings. and there's a slightly chalky sensation on the palate, but for $10 (on sale for $7), the QPR is great.
