Saturday, January 8, 2022 - Popped and poured with venison and duck cassoulet. Blew everyone away. Dark purple color. Dark cherry, licorice, and some earth on the palate. The alcohol is perfectly integrated. Lesson: these LC wines can cellar for a long time.
