Monday, March 7, 2022 - Muted, too clumsy to drink after opening. But 24 hours later it showed surprisingly well with plenty of plum and black cherry fruit as well as the typical Paulliac graphite and cigar box. It's maturing well, in fact especially well for a 2nd.
