Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - Opened via Coravin to pair with red-wine braised oxtail. Mushrooms, dirt, red meat on the nose. Strong fruity attack, elegant mid-palate, medium finish. Medium acidity and tannins. Better than expected at this age. Good with the food.
