Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - This was dialed in for perfect extraction and maturational balance. It needed 2 hours to hit that perfect spot of dry, savory, plum, tobacco mint, spicy leathery dust that evolved its finish for a minute tasting like I just puffed from a quality Nicaraguan cigar.
The texture was the real joy as it was plush, soft and luxurious complimenting very well smoked wild duck and Keisarinna.
