Wednesday, January 27, 2010 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2007 Tasting (The Annex - Hollywood & Highland): Very delicate on the nose with earth and blackberry. The red berry flavors are supple and attractive with interesting earthy and savory tones. Tremendously elegant throughout with restrained tannins and acidity.
