Thursday, February 16, 2023 - PnP - perfect cork extracted w Durand. Medium red with slight browning at the edge. Complex savory nose - clearly secondary/tertiary stage but very intriguing. Relatively light in body with complex savory notes perhaps a bit rustic and a very long finish which is not at all driven by tannins or drying out of the fruit. This worked very well with a mushroom linguini.
Drink up if you have it.
