Medium red, lovely classic nose of plum and perhaps a prune-like note. Excellent acidity and finish and classic balance. This didn't develop as well as the last bottle but it didn't last as long either. Significant sediment so may decant in the future. In its drinking window at age 15 but no rush. The 05 Burgundies are living up to their promise, I think
