The second bottle was lovely with talc and spice on the nose and a mouthful of slate and minerals wrapped up in candied lemon peel on the palate. This is a bit high at 10% alcohol, but it holds it well and is lovely and refreshing with very nice persistence. The finish does end up a bit more bitter than I would love, but at $13 this is a solid bottle and a great value.
