Tuesday, December 10, 2019 - A Night at Bullion (Bullion, Dallas, TX): Decanted for 1h. Aromas of rich honeyed pears, honeyed Meyer lemons, cinnamon and other baking spices. Palate was not as sweet as the aromas, more along the lines of a demi-sec. Ripe apples, just ripe pears, hint of vanilla, nice bitter pith that brings balance. Nice finish of medicinal fruit. Complex and lovely. 93+
