90 Points

Saturday, December 8, 2018 - BBQ night at Changi. Pop and poured.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of honey, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum flower. Nicde and developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey, chrysanthmum tea, sweet cream, citrus and pineapple/ripe apricot. Long finish.
Very good quality. Could have been better and richer maybe 2-3 years ago though. Fruit seems to be in decline. Drink up and enjoy.
2/3 Sauvignon Blanc, 1/3 Sauvignon Gris. Interesting.
