BBQ night at Changi. Pop and poured. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, gold colour. Legs. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of honey, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum flower. Nicde and developed. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey, chrysanthmum tea, sweet cream, citrus and pineapple/ripe apricot. Long finish. Very good quality. Could have been better and richer maybe 2-3 years ago though. Fruit seems to be in decline. Drink up and enjoy. 2/3 Sauvignon Blanc, 1/3 Sauvignon Gris. Interesting.

Popped and poured Nice Greenish yellow color. Oak is the first thing that comes out. Orange peel covered in white chocolate on the nose, fresh cut grass on the nose. Also a nice creme and orange on nose. Light honey suckle and nice smoothness on the flavors. Great acid balance. Medium weight. Good mouth feel. Would like to try again for sure. Lots of things going on with this one. Seems to be aging very well.

Low acids, big boy, concentrated and warm.
Reminds me of a White Rhone wine....
