Thursday, February 4, 2016 - (Elaine@Wasabi) Waaay too young, but oh so yummy: honey and potpourri perfume, hint kero, melon rind, papaya, marmalade bitters with slatey umami and stainless steel finish. Very good with the dark chocolate sorbet with four-year-old-barrel-aged-ogasawara-mirin gel.
