Tuesday, September 15, 2009 - Amazing! Drank at Church & State. Great 2nd bottle to go with the Bistro meal. Great nose and all around full bordeaux wine. Decanted for 1 hr then rebottled for the ride. Decanted for the 2nd hr. It evolved beautifully.
