Monday, July 18, 2005 - Fantastic! Simply one of the best Calon's I've had. A hint of stable on the nose blows off quickly to reveal Asian spices (tea bag), smoke, coffee and leather. The palate is dusty, showing black cherries, coffee and tobacco. The finish is extremely long and evolving - coca cola, smoke, bacon, leather... This is drinking superbly now but will last many many more years.
