Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Popped and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, floral - violet, dark fruit - black berry, saddle leather, and tobacco. Palate: Medium bodied, sweet blue and black fruit attack, with a nice spice component appearing mid-palate, nice clean mouth-feel, and very well balanced. Finish: Medium-plus length sense of spicy dark fruit. Had this 2 years ago and it is in a much better spot right now - it's ready to drink.
