Friday, December 22, 2006 - Tremendously complex, young, incredibly unctuous dessert wine. Less sweet than expected, but the acidity seems spot on. Nose of lychee. The taste? Oh, coconut, banana, apple, lychee, cinnamon, etc. A lot going on. Probably not the best pairing wine given it's limited sweetness, but by itself it's wonderful, and perhaps in a few years it will be even more open with more to offer? Nice long finish that is perhaps a little mild.
